About

Welcome to Camino Alto! I'm Ianthi Psilogenis and I love helping people reach their potential. I'm a strong advocate of self-development and asking for help when we need it and I've always been inspired by people who have managed to turn their lives around in the most difficult of circumstances - hence why I have chosen the name "Camino Alto". In Spanish, this phrase is often used metaphorically to describe a journey or path that is challenging but ultimately rewarding.
I provide one-to-one coaching sessions in career development and may use psychometric tests to provide greater insight to my clients on their communication style, leadership and decision-making style, stress triggers etc. I also work closely with the leadership of organizations, providing guidance and recommendations on HR-related matters.
